Who spelled Rickey's last name wrong on the liner notes for the new record? What a dumbass!

I can't even READ the liner notes without a magnifying glass...but, you're right.
If you have the original copy of Pronounced ...Leon's last Name was spelled wrong on it.

He has spelled it that way himself on Instagram. From what I've read, The 'e' was added to his name. Shorty's last name was Medlock, no 'e' - here's some info from a web site about Shorty Medlock.

Shorty "Train, Train" Medlock was born Paul R. Medlock (without the E). The "E" was added to the last name of Rickey L. Medlocke (Shorty's grandson & my half brother) because of a legal music dispute that dates all the way back to the "No Reservations" album recorded by the original Blackfoot band.

I have to admit it was very strange seeing the Medlock without the 'e' though.
