I was driving thru green cove springs fla. this morning , a lovely small town,and was wondering there should be a sign approved thru the city council that says somewhat "welcome to green cove springs fla where the. Music of Lynyrd Skynryrd was born" and that Miami Oklahoma should recognize rock and roll hall of famers Steve and Cassie Gaines from Lynyrd skynyrd,I dive thru many small towns in America and I have actually seen signs boasting that the 6th runner up in the miss Georgia pagent is from this town, call the green cove springs and Miami Ok city council lets make it happen!!!!

It is obvious to this person "working man "that original Lynyrd Skynyrd memorabilia that he thinks it is wrong for people to profit off of the plane crash is wrong.and I could not disagree more first of all it is a historical fact of what happened and we all know we wished it never happened,that being said full band autographs with Steve Gaines and the fact that there were probably around 300 autographed copy's of Street Survivors,if you own memorabilia from this era you should get top dollar and not feel guilty as the "Working man" makes you want to think its wrong to make money

I can't believe this tour is bypassing Atlanta,with all the history of both bands that have a history with the city of Atlanta, I hope maybe Bad Company will play a solo date in Atlanta but I'm disappointed that Gary Rossington who lives in Alpharetta Ga,north of Atlanta let this tour bypass this town, now If there were no open dates in the 2 15k seat amphitheaters in the north and south part of town I'll let it go, Come on Gary you have ALOT of pull This tour should not have bypassed this town were Skynyrd was DISCOVERED!!!!!

A couple of weeks ago I heard on Sirius classic vinyl dj earl bailey say that skynyrd and bad company original band with Paul rodgers will tour together this year,if true what a kick ass double header,in my opinion skynyrd should open up for bad company,since there are more original members of bad company,and how Free /Paul kossoff was such a HUGE influence to Gary and the rest of the early skynyrd beginnings.who should headline? It's Bad Company in my book

I can't wait for this book to be published,what will he say about ronnie,gary.allen,youngsters in the music business,IF HE EVEN REMEMBERS MEETING THEM!!!!! in the early days,there is no way he can not remember meeting them back in the day,i want GARY to write his autobiography,also JIMMY PAGE too.to get the stories from the GLORY DAYS OF ROCK AND ROLL!!!!!!
