  I wondered if it was just me or if everyone was having problems getting in here. I thought maybe my passport had been revoked and I was being deported. (Belated) congratulations Sara! My two older sisters were both teachers, as were their husbands. (They've all retired now.) Plus I've got three nephews teaching. My oldest sister taught 4th grade, the other one taught high school French and Spanish. Different people just connect to different age groups. My one brother-in-law taught elementary phys ed. He got all kinds of kidding when he got his Masters degree (jokes about getting a degree in tag, kick-ball, etc), but my sister said the job was actually harder than people realize. He had hearing loss from being in the gym with all those screaming munchkins, and the stress of keeping an eye on that many kids when they are running, climbing, etc. so no one is in danger of falling and breaking a limb, etc. can really get to you. And then there are the runny noses.........I'm sure your days are crazy at times!
