I am hoping that somehow someone from the band will get this message.

We are planning funeral services for a family member that has fought in Afghanistan and was injured and then sent to the Wounded Warriors program out of Walter Reed Army Hospital. I am very sad to say, that he has passed away.

The reason, that I am sending this here...is in hopes that somehow someone from the band will be able to see this. He was such a huge fan of the band. He not only loved the music but he loved life. His job was a combat medic, so he was the one to SAVE lives.

He leaves behind a young widow and a son, who just turned one.

I am not certain what if anything, anyone from the band can do, but I do know this...that he would have loved to have known that you knew just how much he enjoyed your music, and it would be such a great thing if he was somehow remembered by the band.

His funeral will take place this Friday...a week from today. If there is anything that you can do...his friends and family...and most of all....Zach...would love it.
