  Well, shoot! I read your post and got all happy and excited thinking I had your show on CD. Turns out I have the King Biscuit Flower Hour show of Skynyrd that was recorded June 6, 1975 in Cardiff, Wales (most people think it was in London, England).

  Since you're looking for a 1978 King Biscuit show, I'll give you the address from the back of the CD, though I have no idea if it's still a valid address. If you search, Ebay, Amazon, Google, etc. you'l find the 1975 recording (the one I have) but not a 1978. Is it possible you are after the 1975 recording?
  
  Whatever you do, DO NOT pay $299.99 on Amazon for the CD. Ebay has one for $59.99, and I'm sure there are others.
