God bless Johnny Vanzant and rest of there family and Lynyrd Skynyrd. But is there any way to recover the money I gave to Artist Arena for pre sale tickets through this web site for the cancelled Fort Knox, Ky. show. Please respond to j1bhicks@yahoo.com,
Thanks
I just want to say, I've been a a live long fan since 1975. I saw the early concerts in Louisville, ky. from the early 70's.., I've always been impressed with musianship of all the members of the band from the begining to now. I wish there had been more available footage of founding members such as Ed King etc. But I must say. I am most impressed with what Gary and Allen, and Steve did in the early days. Of all of these individuals Alan Collins, forgive my spelling, Impressed me the most. Alan Collins may he rest in peace was of the most inspiring and talented guitar players I've ever seen. Please, not to take away from Mr. Rossington and Steve Gaines, because the talent there was awsome on both counts. But Allen exuded something that was almost if not something that transended life as we know it. His playing at times was god like because of his love of music, I truly miss all the members that are gone now, I miss Ronnie Vanzant terribly, I thought he was the greatest. I just want to say I think that there can't be enough said about Allen. But God bless all the members of the band that have moved on to the after life.
