Why is it that the last time I paid to be a premium member, I didn't receive ANYTHING. No T shirt, no mailings, no benifits what so ever. I LOVE Skynyrd, and I would like to upgrade again, but I didn't receive any benifits the first time, and also tried to inquire about it a few times with no answer.... How do get some one to answer me?
