I'm always up for a 2 hour Skynyrd only show. I live in Roanoke, and sure wish the boys would book here. I'm going on 20 years with dealing with MS, and my giddy up aint what it used to be.

That said, I'm booked for the Glen Allen show (Richmond). I'd sure love SwampDaWamp to open up for Skynyrd!

Weird thing about me. I'm a HUGE Lynyrd Skynyrd fan. Have been from the git go. I'm the administrator over on Charlie Daniels web site. I reckon I stay busy over there. Skynyrd and The CDB would be great!

@ls-brucewh: Pre-sale tickets for the 8/26 show went on sale 1/24 and now they are sold out (presale). I did get an e-mail from the fan club about that one. Thanks to hill_seven e-mailing me about a 8/27 show in Vermont at the Champlain Valley State fair, I now know I could do back to back shows. Looks like pre-sale tickets for the 8/27 show go on sale TOMORROW 3/2 at 12:00 noon - they go on sale to the public Friday ,3/5. We'll all probably get the e-mail tonight.

@HOKIE -CDB: Hey Hokie - click the "Tour" button above #3 - it's showing 2 shows in VA in April. 4/28 in Glen Allen and 4/29 in Fredericksburg. Are they near you at all. Lord only knows if there are other dates floating around out there in the twilight zone.

So we got sec 113 row A Seats #3, 8 & 20. Not together but front ROW!!!!

Thursday - Blackberry Smoke - CT
Friday - Skynyrd - NH
Saturday - Skynyrd - VT

We both live in MA, so we'll be logging some miles that weekend....

That's the plan, so we'll see if it works out...

I saw the last Skynyrd and ZZ Top tour and was not impressed with ZZ. They seemed to phone in there part of the show.
But I guess it was hard to follow what Skynyrd had done that night.

It was Skynyrd ALONE who played in Hollywood, Florida.

IMO, Johnny Van Zant sang better last night than I have ever heard him sing. I thought the band sounded great. Johnny mentioned that Skynyrd had never played the Seminole Hard Rock before last night and he said he really liked the venue.

Johnny further stated that last night in Hollywood was the first concert of the year for Lynyrd Skynyrd ON LAND. They played less than 2 hours.

Myself and about 100 other people were in the far back upper VIP area of the small arena where we were served all you could eat buffet food and drink for one price.

Everybody was dancing! How could they not?
