Hey all I just wanted to see if there were any other members on here that live in CA and were plannin on seein the show in San Diego. Just wanted to make sure I'm not the only redneck in CA!

Hey...Back in the DAY 1980,I saw Rossington Collins at the San Diego St. Ampitheatre.That was an amazing show and setting.Made more amzing becuase the night before they played Santa Monica..and when the Encore " Freebird" began it was great..BUT when they hit the part after the words and started to rock..the power blew..whew and so after 15 mins They announced they couldn't finish the song,Was I and 5000 or so other people bummed !!! So continuing my cross country trip,we hit SD, the next night and YUP,on the radio we hear Lynyrd Skynyrd will play tonight a SD..and what a show.!So upon returning after 3 months on the road we hit the Boston area show and no offense..we were the Loudest, craziest Fans on the TOUR.If you'e never heard the songs..Checkout " Rossington-Collins" songs a great Listen for any True Skynyrd fan..but then again I'm probablly prechin to the crowd..oops...hehehe.Take care.

Wow sounds like it was an awsome show. Wish C could've seen it, but I wasn't born yet... Hah! Still, I think that Skynyrd is the BEST band ever! Love em and still can't get enough of their music! Can't wait till august!
