Sara and I definitely have the Birmingham and Atlanta shows covered! I also plan on being at the Atmore show on June 12th and I've already gotten my ticket for the Los Angeles gig in August. I'm on a hardcore Skynyrd Nation road trip this summer!!!

OK .....What a great Southern Rock show in KC kicking some major ass, all the bands were great.....

Outlaws came to play and they played hard, all the old classics, from knoxville girl to GGHT

Molly Hatchet played hard also with acouple of changes to their set list, one new song from their new cd called American Pride and two old tunes which I love Boogie no more and Jukin City, and all the classics that made Hatchet ---- Molly Hatchet

Now for the boys....... LYNYRD SKYNYRD, expect no less its going to be a great summer of fun. LS rock the house like they had not even had a day off .... set list did not seem to change from the God and Guns tour from last year. Played for maybe an hour and a half. This is the list from last night, maybe not in the right peckin order .... and if I forgot somein help me out ladys

Skynyrd Nation
Saturday night Special
I know alittle
That smell
Tuesdays gone
Gimme back my bullets

(medley of 3 tunes)
Down south Jukin
Call me the Breeze
Swamp Music

Simpleman
Sweet home Alabama
FREEBIRD

New to this board.....and just finished an IPOD playlist for last night's KC show:

Skynyrd Nation
What's Your Name
Saturday Night Special
I Know A Little
That Smell
Simple Man
Gimme Back My Bullets
Whiskey Rock-A-Roller/Down South Jukin'
Tuesday's Gone
Still Unbroken
Gimme Three Steps
Call Me The Breeze
Sweet Home Alabama
Free Bird

Order may be a bit mixed up in the middle....I seem to remember Tuesday coming earlier in the set.

Great show....did NOT look like the first show of a tour as they were spot on. I would have liked hearing Gods And Guns though....surprising it was not in the set to promote the album. I also would have liked Preacher Man or Edge of Forever (still my fav "modern" Skynyrd album), but unless they play 4 hours they'll always leave something out!

My son always keeps his fingers crossed to hear Curtis Loew : anyone know the last time they played that live?

We saw them in Aspen at a benefit show with Doug Flutie and they seemed to veer off course a little from their "regular" set list. It was a tiny venue. It was one of the few times I have heard them play Red, White and Blue.
I think they played Don't Ask Me No Questions as well. It was a really good night musically but the crowd was a little strange.

Hay,Hay.....

@ls-sbronson

Curtis Lowe was part of the medley that they played in 2007...Hope that helps....
