Can anyone tell me anything about a "Gimme Back My Bullets" cassette tape that I have the cover art on the case insert is the same as the L.P. but for some reason on the insert spine it says "Men At Work" Lynyrnd Skynyrd. Is this a common error or a rareity? Maybe the original title or name change that never got corrected before printing? I have no ideal and can't seam to find out anything. Does anyone else have one of these? Can anyone tell me anything at all about this(sorry I can't include a picture, don't have the camera for that) Not trying to sell for now just wondering if it's something I should put away for safe keeping or continue using like I do now . any info of any kind most welcome thanks jim curtis Balto.MD.

I have about six 8-tracks that belonged to my older brother. He died in an accident about 21 years ago--so I treasure them. I remember when I was a little girl, a neighbor (teenage boy) broke into our house and stole some $, some food and a lot of my brother's 8-tracks. And, I remember watching my brother march into the guys house and take back his 8-tracks!! Ain't nothing sweeter than a Southern girl! |

@mule270: thanks for getting back to me about "Men at work" cassette. I too have the street survivors in flame cassette which I bought new when it came out. I guess you would say it's in good condition not mint any value? my prized item though is my ticket stub from the Capital Centre in Largo MD. where I got to see Skynyrd live (for the second time) the thing that make the ticket stub so important to me is the date 0ctober 20,1976 one year to the day before that terrible day. I doubt that I'd ever part with it but you never know if I get into a jam and the right offer I could sell oneday? Anyway thanks for the quick reply and I'll keep checking in to see if anyone else can tell me anything about the tape. I don't have a way to post a picture but I do have a camera phone if you wanted to check it out just let me know. contact me here or email at james.curtis97@yahoo.com and if you trust me to give your phone # to I'll send you a pix over the phone, if not that's cool. thanks again jim |
