I have been a fan of Lynyrd Skynyrd since I was 15 yrs old. Not ashamed to tell my age I am 47 now. 32 yrs of listening to a great band. I watched Lynyrd Skynyrd on a PBS special held in Chicago and I heard the song That Ain't My America and loved it! I plan on getting the new CD, God and Guns. The tribute song Still Unbroken was awesome as well!!! There is nothing like Southern Rock and Roll, I have always loved it. I lost a old neighborhood friend last year to cancer, and he sure could rock out on some Southern Rock and Roll!!!!! The tribute song Still Unbroken made me think of him. The music played at his memorial service was Southern Rock and Roll. Nothing more fitting for a man, who would only play Southern Rock and Roll. He was a bassist and a damn good one. Freebird was his final send off song. Keep rocking the only way southern boys can!!

From a true Southerner and fan!!!!!!

P.S. RIP Allen Willis!!

Make sure you buy the deluxe cd/ 2 CD set. The best songs are on the 2nd CD "Bang Bang" and "Rainin' In My Heartland"

Christine: Glad to have you on the boards! Sounds like you've had a long Skynyrd journey & it's great that you have discovered their new CD.

Ain't nothing sweeter than a Southern girl!
