Let me start by saying I am a long time and loyal fan of the band. After God and Guns came out, I ordered a Hooded Sweatshirt via the Skynyrd site through their vendor for Merch Live Nation. When I received it the zipper was broken. I contacted them and they provided me instructions to send it back to be exchanged. I followed their instructions and sent it back. That was 8 weeks ago! I contacted them to inquire on the status and the only reply I got said that they had no idea what I was talking about and they did not know where my returned merch was. I have sent them several inquiries since with no reply. So basically I'm out around 50 bucks with no recourse! My advice to all that would listen is do not buy any merch via this website aka Live Nation. I would also advise the Band and Roadrunner Records to seek a new Vendor for their merch. This is no way to treat loyal fans!

You should call your credit card company and dispute the charge if you cannot get proper satisfaction from customer service. Your credit card company will most likely back you up if you are not getting the service or product your ordered.
