Little Girl Loved Meet and Greet

We did a meet and greet with Lynyrd Skynyrd at the Cruzan Ampitheatre in West Palm Beach. My little girl (7 years old) absolutely loved it. He will perform at the Freedom Concert at UCF in Orlando on August 14. My little girl's 8th birthday is August 16 and she is dying for backstage passes. Does anyone know how we can get 4 backstage passes??

That's something we would all like to know. In the old days you could buy a VIP or guitar package that included Meet and Greet passes as part of the package. Now.....you need to know someone in the band, or have the path cleared for you some other way.
It's cool your daughter had a great time, new generation of Skynyrd fans are the greatest. Perhaps Tom can point you in the right direction. Good luck.
Oh and btw, just an fyi-"Leonard" did not die in the plane crash..Lynyrd Skynyrd is a complete band. Some fans get really upset when folks refer to the band as "HE".

@Babydk: yeah, i know lynyrd skynyrd did not die in the plane crash. I realize it was johnny van zant's brother. my bad saying 'He'. For the longest, my daughter thought johnny van zant's first name was lynyrd and his last name was skynyrd lol. thanks for the advice.

LOL..no harm done. Kids..they are so cute when they mess up the name. I think the band gets a charge out of it too.
Good luck on securing those passes. Tom (here) will be your first call I would think. He can at least point you in the right direction.

I was able a few years back to attend a meet and greet in Houston, Texas! OOOOO what a night! Johnny even spoke to our then 11 year old on my cell phone. He told our son to stay in school and listen to his parents! A night our family will never forget! Johnny was so nice to us the fans! Then a couple of years later we got to see most the band in a hotel we stayed in! We was back for another concert, our son's 14th birthday and first ever concert. MOST of the band was so nice to stop and allow a pic./autograph to be taken with our son. He was on cloud 10!! THANKS, Johnny/Rickey/Sparky/Billy R.I.P./Ean R.I.P./Dale and Michael. The time you took to speak to our son made his birthday one he will never forget!! THANK YOU from the bottom of my heart!
