I have attended every one of your concerts within the surrounding New Orleans area since 2007 in memory of my younger brother who committed suicide (coincidently with a gun and on a Tuesday morning). He was an avid fan and I'll never forget waking up to your music every morning from the age of 16 to 18. That's right. Every moring he would play your music and I would have never imagined that it would have such an impact on me 30 years later.

If you do not mind, please play "Simple Man" in memory of my brother, Bryan Saturday night at the Gretna fest. If he just would have been able to be a "simple man" and not so materialistic, he'd probably still be here for the two children he left behind.

He's buried not too far away and it would definitely bring comfort to his family and friends who will be there. Thanks!!!
