God & Guns

Southern Ways just made me realize how much I missed growing up in Florida especially since I lived ON the St. Johns..(Astor). My growing up years consisted of wearing my record player out listening to Ronnie and the Guys. Lynyrd Skynyrd wasn't just a band in the 70's. They were a way of life to those of us that were fortunate enough to grow up in that time in Florida.

Listening to this on the ipod - its just brilliant - tickets for Glasgow in the bag as well - can't wait!!!!!

I love this album, its brilliant and sadly underated, I keep sending in requests to Planet Rock to play Still Unbroken, they don`t play it enough

So, be on the road and maybe someday, I will have the pleasure to see the family playing "Gifted Hands", "Comin’ Back For More", and all other classic songs of the most wonderful band of southern rock!!!

I must said that "Rough Around The Edges" touched my heart, because a see my father on the lyrics!!

Congratulations and "Still Unbroken"

Desde el año en que yo nací, en 1973, año del primer disco(Pronunceaded), hasta el ultimo disco de Lynyrd, no tienen desperdicio, es la banda que mas estimo, junto con muchas otras, pero Lynyrd Skynyrd tienen sin lugar a dudas un lugar privilegiado en mi corazón, Dios sabe que amo ha esta banda, desde los años 80's llevo escuchándolos, y no puedo parar, jeje, en fin os amo, y a Billy y a Leon y a Ronnie y a Allen y a todos los que faltan, joder me emociono como si fueran de mi familia, no se, siento algo especial por Lynyrd Skynyrd, es una banda que consigue llegar a lo mas ondo del alma. Un saludo a todos y viva una de las mejores bandas de todos los tiempos LYNYRD SKYNYRD FOREVER!!!

Picked up the double disc awhile back and just wanted to say thanks for releasing this most amazing collection of music. From the first kickoff with Still Unbroken this album delivers some amazing highs. My personal favorites are Floyd, Still unbroken, God and Guns, and the mesmerizing Gifted Hands. This is not comparable to their older stuff which so many people want to do. It is completely different which makes me admire this band all the more. Keep on rocking boys!

I couldn't wait to tell you. Just downloaded God and Guns from the iTunes store. This is an awesome piece of work. It is obvious that you put your hearts and soul into to this. Three generations loud and proud fan 4 ever.

Just heard God and Guns for the first time. It sent shivers through me to the bone. This is my new anthem. Rock on.

I forgot to say i was sorry for taking so many flash pictures of the band, especially gary. You have to understand to true skynyrd fans we could never take enough pictures of ya'll because we see true icons out there giving it all every night and I'ts a very special night for us fans. I thank you for putting up with us fans who can't get enough of you guy's awesome southern rock ....sorry again for the flashes.
