For those of you who are going to be seeing Skynyrd this Saturday on Galveston Island ... if you're gonna be hanging out in Galveston before or after, definately take a minute to check out the Texas Seaport Museum and the Tall Ship Elissa. She's a floating museum I guess you could say. There's a wonderful group of volunteers that keep her in tip top shape. They went through a rough time as did the rest of the Island last year when Ike hit ... I'm a sailor myself and had the opportunity to go help out a couple of times with her maintenance.
