Here's another cruise experience..........
At the hotel that we stayed at in Tampa, I meet Darrell--Ean Evans' brother. He was so friendly & I enjoyed getting to know him. I saw him so many times on the ship and each time he stopped and talked to me. He would also say "Would you like to get your picture made with ____________? or, Would you like to meet _____________?" And of course I said "YES" everytime!! I had my picture made with Robert Kearns after an X-Brothers show and he also introduced me to Mickey Mantle's son and we had our picture made together.
Darrell was just so gracious and I feel as though if I saw him a year from now, he would remember me and just sit down to talk. We made a connection when we talked about both of us losing a brother. He talked about how close Billy Powell was to Ean and about the last gift that Billy bought for Ean. (Darrell's fiance Debbie was also a precious soul!)

Sara I'll second that... He was really cool, friendly and introduced me to his wife, sisters and Ean's wife. Really nice bunch of people...

I also met Mickey's son the last night of the cruise. I was just hanging out with some of my Frynds and he came strollin' by. I went up to him introduced myself and we talked up a storm for about 15-20 minutes. Talking baseball Yanks vs Sox talk how freakin' cool is that.... And dammit no picture!!!!! So many times you're to involved in the conversation you forget to capture the moment...

Anyways I have it in my mind... How long it stays there your guess is as good as mine.... LOL...
