Come & celebrate May 29th at 8:00 pm Grand Opening of The Simple Man Saloon in Clinton Mass

Yes I'll have to agree for those who attended the Grand Openning of The Simple Man Saloon. I got there REAL early so I check out the place and get my seat front and center of the band.

It is almost a throwback to a western with the wooden floors, assortment of wagon wheels throughout the Saloon. TV's were everywhere, big, small there were a lot. Now we need the boyz to set Wickey (Jon) up with some Skynyrd merchandise. Take Note.... Hint, Hint....

I too took a ton of pictures, but due to my son's high school graduation next Sunday I have a ton of "stuff" to do outside to get it ready. So I'm going to be a bit "tardy" getting the stuff up, but I will get it done!!!!

But the night was AWESOME!!! Southern Breeze was AWESOME!!! Especially with our good Frynd JoeZ on bass and master of hat changes. The band played 4 -10 song sets with very short breaks between sets but once they got going there was no b/s just kick a@s southern rock!!!! They played everything from Hatchet, CDB, ARS, Blackfoot, ALL Bros and of course Skynyrd.
They started 8pm and finished roughly midnight. The funny part after there last song FREEBIRD, the crowd chanted MORE and they played 2-3 more songs.
Like Swampfox reported, the band got the people up off there feet on a couple of songs dancin' and shakin' which was very cool.
It was an AWESOME event and it was great to meet up with the Nation's Frynds Wickey, JoeZ and Swampfox.

This is what Skynyrd Nation is all about.... The chance to meet people in person that you've posting with on the boards...

Looking forward to the next trip to the Simple Man Saloon.....

Jon (and Mike) WELL DONE and hoping you have great success!!!!!

I'm not dead, at least not yet, Still Alone, Still Alive, STILL UNBROKEN....

Wickey, congratulations! I wish you great success with the Simple Man Saloon. It sounds like you guys had an amazing night, and I hope you have many more! Sadly, I wasn’t able to attend, but I’ll make it there some day.

JoeZ, I can’t wait to see Southern Breeze perform this summer!

Thanks for keeping the music of Skynyrd alive!
