Is the Atlantic City concert going to postponed due to the hurricane that is going to be a direct hit in New Jersey? It's going to be a state of emergency Sunday, all the shore towns are evacuating. The Borgota is in Atlantic City.....Joe

That would be the smart thing to do. Cape May County is already beginning mandatory evacs so I would think the rest of the Jersey shore will do the same by Saturday night. The weather will be so bad no one will be able to get to the concert!! Maybe not even the band! Jersey has a habit of banning buses on the roads when its really windy/stormy. Guess we will have to wait and see......

The show has been rescheduled to October 1st. It's a Saturday which is even better. Hope everyone in the path of the hurricane stays safe.

I am sitting in a red cross shelter and was wondering the same thing----we had to evacuate keansburg mandatorily----
I guess I was not then only one thinking about The Lynyrd Skynyrd Band-----being from the state of Florida i guess they understand our state of emergency here-------if they are in nj I guess they feel at home............if they are in a shelter i wish they were with me---------------
