I'm going to the CT show in July and it's booked as:

Lynyrd Skynyrd God & Guns Tour w/ Bret Michaels of Poison & 38 Special

So I'm thinking 38 opens, then BM, then Skynyrd.

The show in KC has Molly Hatchet, The Outlaws and Skynyrd. That would be an awesome show.

But I'm happy with 38, and we'll see what BM brings to the table.

Does anyone know if Skynyrd is going to play at Meadowbrook during the summer tour? I keep checking the tour page here and the Meadowbrook page, and so far nothing has been posted. It seems like Skynyrd usually hits Meadowbrook when they are in the MA/ CT area.

Hey I appreciate the insight on the opening acts. I can't say Bret Michaels motivates me to smile, unless that is a joke. 38 would be great and certainly so would the Outlaws. But, Molly Hatchet would kick the ever living ass out of the show as an opening act!!! Thanks guys.

It's very confusing....

Henry Paul & Monte are original members and are fighting over the name "Outlaws". Since they are the only 2 remaining members they feel it's there right to carry on with the name.

The Chris Hicks version has the backing of HT wife and the name they are going under is "The Outlaws Revisited". It's kind of like Creedenc Clearwater "Revisted" not Revival because of John Fogherty.

So right now Henry and Monte are still going under the name "The Outlaws", also the Henry Paul Band. And to make it more confusing, HP is working on new material for both Outlaws and his country band Blackhawk.

So now that you have a popsicle headache, I hope this helps you.

The intersting part is in May there is a concert in Long Island NY with act's like MTB, Hatchet and both Chris Hicks Band and The Outlaws...

Should be interesting to see what type of set list both band put out.
